J.C. STODDARD CONSTRUCTIONis seeking an experienced Crew Foreman to lead field crews and assist in the successful completion of the Franklin ISD Boys Field House and Vocational Agriculture Building Projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Previous construction foreman or supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to read and follow plans and specifications
• Experience with Procore Construction Management Software preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and physical examination as a condition of employment
