Overview
Manage project from point of sale to point of completion serving as the main liaison between the customer and various departments within Betco.
Responsibilities
- Successfully hire, train, and monitor Crews, Site Superintendents, and Project Managers to meet current workload.
- Maintain documentation in the electronic file system.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Estimate costs and schedule deliveries per SOW.
- Coordinate and direct subcontractors onsite.
- Establish and maintain relationship with customer, keeping customer up to date on various stages of the job.
- Coordinate with Field Superintendent to ensure site is inspected in timely manner.
- Train and monitor PM with labor pricing, labor contracts/packets, and crew payments.
- Ensure vendor releases are made in timely manner.
- Assist customers with questions related to design and construction.
- Tactfully communicate with customers and crews to expedite any problems that arise.
- Submit billing advices to accounting.
- Initiate sales order revisions.
- Assist in securing GC License for various states, countries, and cities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Previous Construction experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Three to five years related experience required.
- Previous experience in Manufacturing preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills required.
- Communication, organizational, and tactful thinking is required
- Some travel required.
