Oversight, development and execution of customer project(s) to deliver value on customer requirements.

What you will do

Customer Project Managers deliver medium to large [>€500k to multimillion deals] size projects to meet customer requirements within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality. Involved during pre-sales cycle to support bids by articulating transition plans : schedule, transition details, defining governance, cost estimation, face to face meetings with customers for clarifications and bid defence.

What we're looking for

Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
• Leading medium/large [>€500k to multimillion deals] size customer-facing projects delivery.
• Creating and executing project plans from initiation through to delivery to customer, identifying and securing resources needed, ensuring individual responsibilities are defined.
• Developing project specifications and agreeing scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements and milestones.
• Define and agree proper governance during the project execution.
• Proactively managing risks, issues and dependencies.
• Tracking and reporting on progress, resources and costs against the plan accounting for any variances.
• Identifying and tracking project success factors and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Setting up and managing project governance and documentation according to agreed governance structures and processes provided by the PM Management Team.
• Assisting in sales process as required, working on bids with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Responsible to deliver the project financials.
• Ensuring that all project documentation is maintained to a high standard and that all project deliverables meet the customer's expectations of performance and quality.
• Supervises the work of third party service providers as necessary • Drives and documents timely completion and management of project deliverables.
