Our client is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the development of advanced domain controllers for autonomous driving and cutting-edge in-vehicle technologies. In this key role, you will ensure project success by meeting quality, cost, profitability, delivery, and timing goals. You'll work closely with internal teams and automotive clients, driving projects from inception to production.
Responsibilities
Primary Focus:

• Successfully lead domain controller projects, meeting all quality, cost, delivery, timing, and profitability goals.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and automaker clients to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and manage progress.
• Guide and evaluate the Project Team Members (PTMs).
• Handle escalations, resolve issues, and maintain compliance with company standards, values, ethical guidelines, and HSE requirements.

2. Cost & Profitability Management:

• Meet profitability and development cost targets.
• Plan, manage budgets, and oversee investment requests.
• Apply "Design to Cost" methodologies and address deviations with senior management.

3. Customer Relations:

• Manage internal and external stakeholder changes, especially with domestic and international automakers.
• Ensure thorough communication on project progress and decisions to all stakeholders.

4. Quality & Team Leadership:

• Oversee quality targets and address any defects in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Assign and coordinate tasks within the team to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the automotive industry with strong technical expertise.
• Background in production management in mechatronics.
• Familiarity with SMT/PCBA manufacturing or software refreshing is highly preferred.
