Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience in construction estimating with a focus on asphalt paving, heavy civil and site development projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management practices, and contract administration.
Proficiency in estimating software such as HeavyBid; experience with Bluebeam is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to achieve favorable terms.
Solid understanding of construction site operations, safety standards, and cost control measures.
Prior involvement in project management or construction management roles is a plus.
