国内自動車メーカ向け車両診断システム開発プロジェクトのカスタマープロジェクトマネージャー• デリバリーマネージャー

次の業務を含みます.

• プロジェクトマネジメント(開発日程,リソース,収益,品質)
• 車両診断システムに対する顧客要件定義,管理
• カスタマーインターフェース
• 業務委託先のマネジメント
• 顧客オフィス(埼玉県,栃木県),ボッシュ事業所等への出張

Job Description:

Project Manager / Delivery Manager of the vehicle diagnostics system development for Japanese car maker

• Project Management (Development schedule, Resources, Revenue, Quality)

• Definition and management of customer requirement for vehicle diagnostics system
• Customer interface
• Supplier management
• Business trip to the customer's office (Saitama, Tochigi), Bosch office, etc.

資格

[必須(MUST)]

• 自動車業界での経験
• 顧客と良好な関係を構築する能力
• 顧客とオープンで信頼される関係を構築する能力
• ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトの経験
• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験(規模を問わず)

• Experience in Automotive Domain
• Ability to build good relationships with customers
• Ability to build open and trusted relationships with customers
• Experience in software development projects
• Experience in project management (regardless of the project size)

[歓迎(WANT)]

• 車両診断に関する知識(オンボードでの診断またはオフボードの診断において,診断プロセス,診断通信プロトコル,開発手法等)
• ソフトウェア開発の経験(C++,JAVA,Angular 等)
• 一般的な自動車メーカ向け診断システムに対する理解

例)ECUリプログラミング,車両コンフィグレーション,サービス機能,診断• トラブルシューティング手順

• Knowledge about Vehicle diagnostics (Diagnostics process, Diagnostics protocol, development method in the on-board / off-board diagnostics)
• Experience in software development (C++, JAVA, Angular, etc.)
• Understanding of general automotive manufacturer diagnostic systems

Example) ECU reprogramming, vehicle configuration, service functions, diagnostic/trouble-shooting procedures

[語学スキル(Languages)]

• 日本語 - ビジネスレベル(顧客との会話,要求仕様書作成を含む文書作成 等)
• 英語 - TOEIC 700点以上(電子メール,電話会議,プロジェクトレポート作成 等)

• Japanese - Business level (conversation with customer, document creation including requirement specification, etc.)
• English - TOEIC score 700+ point (e-mail, on-line meeting, project report creation, etc.)
