Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven European Project Manager to join our international FMCG business. In this role, you will lead cross-functional regional projects from ideation through to market implementation, ensuring delivery on time, in full, and aligned with business strategy.

You will work closely with teams across Supply, Marketing, R&D, and Commercial functions, acting as a key link between demand and supply while driving growth and value creation initiatives.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead regional and global FMCG projects across the full project lifecycle
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope
• Drive stage-gate governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment
• Provide clear project updates, recommendations, and escalation management
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ways of working
• Utilize digital tools such as Power BI, AI tools, and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis

What are we looking for?

• University degree or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience in project management within FMCG or a related industry
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working cross-functionally across Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D, or Operations
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication capabilities
