GRANTS PROJECT MANAGER - CONCHO COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT
EDEN, TEXAS
Concho County Hospital District (CCHD), in Eden, Texas is seeking an experienced Healthcare Grants Project Manager to serve their facility. CCHD consists of an REH hospital, Concho Medical Clinic; a Medicare certified RHC, CCH Pharmacy; the only retail pharmacy in the County, and, the CCHD Wellness Center, all providing for the needs of the residents of Concho County and the surrounding areas.
The Rural Emergency Hospital (REH), provides Outpatient Services including, Observation services, Treatment Room, Lab, Radiology, Computerized Tomography (CT), and Physical Therapy (PT). The Hospital is designated as a Level IV Trauma Facility and provides 24-hour Emergency Services where a Texas licensed provider is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to serve the community. Operating as a hospital district, CCHD, has been providing care to the region for over 60 years and has previously been Recognized on four (4) different occasions for being in the Top 20 Critical Access Hospitals in the country.
The successful Grants Project Manager candidate will have three to five (3-5) years of healthcare experience, along with exemplary communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, be hands-on, approachable and a team player. As a member of our team, you will: maintain a detailed calendar of submissions, reporting dates and deadlines. Ensuring compliance with grant agreement requirements will be critical. The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and an educational foundation that combines specialized knowledge in grants management and compliance in a healthcare setting.
Requirements
Primary Responsibilities will Include:
* Coordinate and facilitate grant project activities
* Manage awarded grants throughout the project lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with grant terms, regulations, and reporting requirements.
* Monitor grant expenditures and budget performance.
* Coordinate grant audits and documentation requests.
* Track project outcomes and performance measures.
* Prepare and submit required programmatic and financial reports.
* Support staff fulfilling grant activities
* Collect, analyze and report outcome data
* Maintain accurate records of all grant activities and communications.
CCHD is located in Eden, Texas in the Concho Valley region of West Texas. The community has a proud history as a trading center for the mohair and wool industries, the birthplace of James Earl Rudder, U.S. Army General and former president of Texas A&M University, and as the “Crossroads of Texas,” bisected by U.S. 83 and 87, that traverse America from Mexico to Canada.
Salary- commensurate with experience.
