Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Project Manager to lead insurance system transformation projects in Japan, mainly across claims, policy, and other core P&C insurance areas.

Job Description - Grade Specific

Responsibilities

• Manage Guidewire-related implementation projects from planning to delivery
• Coordinate with business users, IT teams, vendors, and global/offshore teams
• Manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies, and budget
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates
• Support requirement clarification, testing, release, and delivery activities
• Ensure deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards

Required Skills

• Project management experience in insurance, financial services, or IT consulting
• Guidewire experience preferred, especially ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, or BillingCenter
• Understanding of P&C insurance processes, especially claims and policy
• Experience managing system implementation or application development projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Japanese required; English preferred
