Tasks
We are seeking YOU - Junior Project Manager Office - to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our project landscape, ensuring strong governance, efficient execution, and transparent communication across teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Translate marketing strategies, creative briefs, and client needs into structured project plans
• Own end-to-end delivery of marketing and production projects from briefing to final output
• Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creation, production, media) and external partners
• Manage timelines, scopes, budgets, and resources across multiple parallel projects
• Act as the operational interface between marketing, production, and stakeholders
• Ensure smooth execution of shoots, content productions, and campaign rollouts
• Monitor progress, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and keep delivery on track
• Maintain quality standards while balancing speed, cost, and creative ambition
• Prepare clear status updates and project overviews for stakeholders

Requirements
What you'll need:

• Degree or comparable experience in Marketing, Media, Business,Communications, or a related field
• First experience in marketing operations, production management, or agency-side project coordination
• Understanding of marketing campaigns, content production, and creative workflows
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (e.g. shoots, digital assets, campaigns)
• Confident use of project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in an agency, production, or marketing environment is a plus
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media production processes is highly valued
• Initially a 2-year fixed-term contract with the prospect of permanent employment
