Job Purpose and Impact
The Maintenance, Reliability and Project Manager Refinery will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region.
Next to that the Maintenance, Reliability and Project Manager Refinery is also repsonsible for the CAPEX project portfolio. In this role, you manage the fuller multi year refinery CAPEX project portfolio and lead & team of Project Engineers that ensure a safe, smooth & on time project delivery.
The Maintenance, Reliability and Project Manager Refinery will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop preventive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate and integrates with other plant functions to ensure support.
- Ensure work is performed following safety guidelines to ensure health and wellbeing of employees.
- Resolve maintenance priorities based on established plans and assigns tasks.
- Oversee maintenance activities to ensure that disruption to production is minimized.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Own the CAPEX project portfolio
- Manage the execution of these projects
- Develop & Maintain a multi year CAPEX portfolio for the Refinery plant
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience managing tasks across multiple crafts (electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
- Minimum of four years of related work experience
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Five years of supervisory experience
