- Marketing Manager
Description
We are seeking a part time Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and oversee all marketing activities to grow student enrolments at Hartford College
The Marketing Manager will play a key role in building the presence and awareness of Hartford’s unique offering in boys’ education, and have a strong focus on scholarship promotion, campaign development, equipping current parents with promotional skills and tools, fostering current parent group small home gatherings and introductions to new parents, fundraising, broader community engagement to grow enrolments, and ensuring that the marketing functions underpin and promote every aspect of the school’s strategic plan.
The role will include some remote work, involving engaging and collaborating face to face with a broad range of potential customers and stakeholders in order to promote the College and drive enrolments.
Requirements
The ideal Marketing Manager will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Campaigns Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years).
Demonstrated experience managing marketing growth campaigns in complex organisational environments.
Experience leading marketing teams spanning digital, creative, content, and communications functions.
Demonstrated experience developing fundraising, donor engagement, growing enrolments or sponsorship communications.
High-level written and verbal communication skills, including media engagement
