Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in procurement and project management in an innovative and impactful industry. You'll work alongside a skilled, collaborative, and dynamic team, contributing to Alstom's commitment to delivering sustainable and efficient transportation solutions.
You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our projects by driving procurement strategies, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments, and fostering strong collaboration across teams. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with project core teams, procurement specialists, subsystem managers, and external suppliers to ensure seamless project execution, optimize resources, and mitigate risks.
You'll specifically take care of defining and implementing project procurement strategies, managing supplier contracts, and overseeing procurement performance, but also ensure compliance with localization, financial, and legal requirements.
We'll look to you for:
- Defining and implementing the Project Procurement Strategy in alignment with QCD commitments
- Coordinating and consolidating procurement activities, ensuring performance and efficiency
- Managing buyers and fostering collaboration among procurement teams
- Overseeing supplier contract creation, execution, and compliance
- Ensuring accurate reporting of procurement performance and addressing project risks
- Driving cost reductions and managing project procurement savings assessments

- A Master's degree in purchasing, engineering, project management, or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in project management, procurement, engineering, or quality

- Results-oriented mindset with a structured and rigorous approach
