National Retail Construction Company Seeking: PROJECT COORDINATOR / ASSISTANT TO PROJECT MANAGER In every project, we see more than a structure. By making that solution as effective and efficient as possible, we consistently complete successful projects and build ongoing relationships. As a Project Coordinator, youll help create those solutions for clients by working with the project manager and project superintendent in the successful completion of construction projects. Your work will include interacting with architects, permitting departments, utility companies, clients, project managers, subcontractors and superintendents in a professional manner to expedite project completion. Other duties include processing start up packages, closing out packages, plan distribution, and daily coordination with job sites and subcontractors. *Experience is preferred. *Excellent communication and professional organizational skills are essential. *An enthusiastic and professional manner is key. *Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is required.
