Salary:

Our client, a global financial services institution, is looking for a Project Manager in Hong Kong on a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex finance and regulatory change initiatives spanning processes, data, systems and operating model transformation.
• Establish effective oversight frameworks, providing constructive challenge and influencing outcomes across all pillars of the programme.
• Define scope, develop detailed project plans, and coordinate activities across cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
• Consolidate reporting and risk oversight through a central PMO function, ensuring reporting accurately reflects real-time progress and issues at delivery level.
• Partner with finance and risk stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery, controlled execution, and measurable business value.

Requirements

• Proven track record delivering finance transformation projects within a financial services environment.
• Strong experience in project governance, oversight frameworks, and structured programme delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams across complex, multi-workstream change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels.
