We are hiring a Project Manager to support AI and automation initiatives within Astemo's Center of Excellence (CoE). This role will focus on coordinating cross-functional teams, stabilizing processes, and ensuring smooth integration across systems such as SAP and ServiceNow.

You will act as the main point of coordination between business users, implementation partners, and technical teams, driving issue resolution, risk management, and governance activities. The role requires strong stakeholder communication, structured project management, and experience working in international environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead AI and automation-related project management activities
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams
• Monitor risks and issues and ensure timely resolution
• Provide regular status updates, reporting, and escalation management
• Establish project structures (RACI, roles, responsibilities)
• Drive governance cadence and KPI reporting
• Ensure compliance, audit, and documentation standards

Requirements:

• Business-level Japanese and English
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
• Experience in AI, automation, or system integration projects
• Project management experience (2-5 years)
• Experience with SAP environments is a plus
