Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium and large projects
• Manage scope, changes, and conduct regular client coordination
• Coordinate with onshore Project Managers and offshore resources
• Guide and support offshore PM II and junior Project Managers
• Establish and implement project plans, timelines, and schedules
• Track progress against milestones and deadlines
• Facilitate communication across project teams, stakeholders, and departments
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings including kick-offs, status updates, and reviews
• Identify and resolve resource constraints and conflicts
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements
• Manage project health status and performance
• Collaborate with finance and accounting for cost tracking and billing processes
• Support financial forecasting activities
• Provide feedback from completed projects to improve future execution

• Strong experience in project delivery for medium to large-scale projects
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese language
• Preferred experience in capital markets domain
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong relationship-building and time management capabilities
• Strong collaboration, communication, and facilitation skills with minimal supervision
• Strong critical thinking skills with focus on risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Experience with financial forecasting and billing processes
• Experience managing project health and status reporting
• Ability to coordinate across onshore and offshore teams
