Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly competent and motivated Project Manager specializing in Civil Infrastructure, Public Realm, or Stadium projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of civil infrastructure, public realm, stadium projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, proactively managing issues and risks to minimize impact.
• Foster strong client relationships, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Implement best practices for quality assurance and continuous improvement across projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of project management experience in civil infrastructure, public realm, or stadium projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects successfully.
• Interface experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• PMP, Prince2, or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
