Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to support IT project delivery within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in IT environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth communication across stakeholders. Exposure to retail environments and structured project delivery methodologies is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end IT project coordination and delivery activities
- Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and governance records
- Coordinate communication between business, technical, and external stakeholders
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
- Monitor project budgets, financial tracking, and reporting using spreadsheets or project tracking tools
- Ensure adherence to project delivery methodologies, standards, and processes
- Support retail IT initiatives and process improvement activities where applicable
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working in IT environments and supporting IT systems/processes
- Hands-on experience in project delivery and coordination
- Understanding of project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Waterfall
- Strong project planning and communication management skills
- Experience managing project financials, budgets, or tracking in spreadsheets/project tools
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and organizational skills
- Exposure to retail business environments and retail operational processes
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- PRINCE2 Certification preferred
- Experience with project tracking or collaboration tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, or similar
- Knowledge of PMO governance and reporting standards
