You want to actively shape international logistics and take innovative services to the next level? Then you're in the right place. In this role, you will drive the Out-Of-Home topic within the GLS Group and further develop our products and services.

We value flexibility: you'll work 3 days a week on site in Bad Hersfeld, and 2 days a week from home.

Your responsibilities:

• Drive the development and strategic positioning of the Out-of-Home portfolio within GLS
• Manage international Out-of-Home projects from concept to implementation, ensuring structured and efficient execution
• Take ownership of existing OOH services, including quality monitoring and continuous improvement
• Identify and implement optimization and growth opportunities across products and services
• Act as a central interface between internal departments, countries, external partners and management
• Actively contribute in a dynamic, international business environment

You will bring to the job:

• Experience in logistics, ideally with a strong focus on Out-of-Home solutions
• Proven project management experience, preferably in a cross-functional or international environment
• Very good English and good German skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with openness and persuasiveness
• A structured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset, paired with an understanding of operational processes
• A proactive, flexible team player with the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel
• Experience with Power BI is a plus, but not a requirement
