Description

As a Project Manager at Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI), you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering cross-functional projects that support the setup, scaling, and optimization of our drone production operations.

You ensure that strategic and operational initiatives run efficiently, stay on schedule, and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Working closely with leadership, production, engineering, and supply chain teams, you bring structure, clarity, and executional momentum to complex projects.

You don't just manage timelines - you drive alignment, communication, and delivery across teams to enable mission-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations
• Ensure clear project planning, tracking, and execution in a fast-scaling manufacturing environment
• Maintain transparency on project progress, risks, and dependencies through structured reporting
• Support leadership in operational execution, preparation of decision materials, and implementation of strategic initiatives
• Establish and maintain scalable project management frameworks, processes, and documentation standards
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership
• Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while maintaining focus on priorities and deadlines
• Ensure projects align with business objectives, production goals, and operational efficiency targets
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, workflows, and cross-team collaboration
• Organize and lead project meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability

What you bring to the team:

• 5-8 years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects in complex environments
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured, hands-on working style
• Experience in manufacturing, hardware, aerospace, or defense environments is a strong advantage
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous settings
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior leadership
• High level of ownership, accountability, and resilience
• Strong team player with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Tech-savvy with an understanding of how operational projects support business outcomes
• Professional skills of communication in English or German
  
  • Ukrainian language as a significant plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed

Quantum Frontline Industries (QFI) is a German-Ukrainian defense joint venture between Quantum Systems and Frontline Robotics, established under the Build with Ukraine initiative.

We are building a new model of cross-border defense production by combining Ukrainian battlefield-proven drone technology with German industrial manufacturing.
