Are you a senior telecommunications professional with a proven track record of delivering large-scale network infrastructure in the Middle East? We are seeking a highly specialized Telco Project Manager to drive complex 5G, Fiber, and Core network rollouts in Saudi Arabia. This role requires deep local market understanding, strong technical acumen, and the leadership necessary to manage multi-vendor environments in a fast-paced market aligned with Vision 2030.

Candidate's Profile

• Min. 5+ years of PM experience strictly within the Telecom sector
• Demonstrated KSA/GCC market experience, including familiarization with local regulatory standards and operators
• Technical background in 5G deployment, FTTH, Civil Works, or OSS/BSS integration
• Mandatory Certification: Active PMP®, PRINCE2®, or SAFe® credential
• Vendor Management: Proven history managing Tier-1 OEMs (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia) and local subcontractors
• Language & Communication: Fluent English (C1/C2 required); professional Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
• Status: Transferable Iqama (for local residents) or immediate availability to relocate to Dammam

Your Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of KSA telecom projects, adhering strictly to scope, budget, and local SLA standards
• Manage high-stakes relationships with Tier-1 operators, local authorities, and multi-vendor teams
• Oversee site acquisition, civil works, network integration, and acceptance testing across designated zones
• Control project financial health, resource allocation, variations, and subcontractor performance
• Enforce strict HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and quality compliance aligned with KSA telecom regulations
• Deliver real-time milestone reporting and risk management directly to C-level stakeholders
