Mit meinen Kenntnissen aus der Branche der Freileitungen steuere ich eigene Projekte des Netzausbaus.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Von der Genehmigungsphase an kenne und gestalte ich mein Projekt und bringe es mit Geschick und individueller Problemlösung bis zur erfolgreichen Bauausführung und Übergabe an den Betrieb. Im gesamten Projektzeitraum bin ich Koordinator*in des Teams aus internen Kolleg*innen und allen beteiligten Auftragnehmern (bspw. Gutachter-, Planungs-, Trassierungs- und Montageunternehmen).

Meine Aufgaben:

• Ich wirke bei der Erstellung von Planungs- und Genehmigungsunterlagen im Rahmen öffentlicher und privater Verfahren wie Baugenehmigungen, Raumordnungen und Planfeststellungsverfahren mit inklusive der Abstimmung mit beteiligten Partnern und Behörden,
• Bei der Bewertung oder Erstellung von Baukonzepten, sowie der Erarbeitung von technischen und vertraglichen Ausschreibungsunterlagen und dem gesamten Beschaffungsprozess ist meine fachliche Expertise gefragt. Den Einkauf unterstütze ich bei Vertrags- und Vergabeverhandlungen,
• Meine bisherigen Praxiserfahrungen ermöglichen es mir die Gewährleistung von Budget-, Termin- und Qualitätsvorgaben sicherzustellen und Arbeitssicherheitsaspekte in allen Bereichen und Phasen des Projektes proaktiv zu managen,
• Die Kenntnisse in der Planung und Realisierung von Freileitungsprojekten sowie meine Kommunikationsstärke lassen mich bei Herausforderungen immer wieder Lösungen und neue Wege finden, um mein Projekt voranzubringen. In einem Team fachlich versierter Kolleg*innen kann ich diese Kenntnisse weiter ausbauen.

Optional kann ich nach ausreichender Einarbeitung in Berlin meinen regionalen Arbeits- und somit Lebensmittelpunkt an einen der regionalen Standorte der Regelzone von 50Hertz zwischen Ostsee und den Thüringer Wald legen.

Meine Kompetenzen:

• Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik oder Bautechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Umwelttechnik / Umweltplanung oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge mit mindestens 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der Freileitungsplanung und -realisierung in einer projektleitenden Position,

Oder:

• Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meister*innen-/Techniker*innenausbildung in den Fachrichtungen Elektro- oder Bautechnik mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Freileitungsbau in ähnlicher Position.

Außerdem:

• Fundierte Kenntnisse von wirtschaftlichen, technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewirtschaft - insbesondere im Bereich Mittel- und Hochspannungsfreileitungen,
• PKW-Fahrerlaubnis und die Motivation für temporäre Baustellenaufenthalte im Netzgebiet der 50Hertz Transmission GmbH,
• Versierter Umgang mit Standardsoftware MS Office und MS Project,
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Softwarekenntnisse in den Programmen iTwo und SAP PM.

Typical areas of work for construction engineers at 50Hertz

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.

Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.

Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
