Role Overview

In this role, individuals coordinate all aspects of project delivery across complex, multi-stakeholder environments typical of the Middle East region. Projects may include enterprise software implementations, system integration, consulting engagements and change management.

The primary focus is to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment and high customer satisfaction. This position also offers a clear development path for high-performing individuals into broader project and program management roles. Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred and Arabic language proficiency is a must.

Success in this role requires strong adaptability, cultural awareness, and the ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and high expectations on delivery quality and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring alignment with stakeholder objectives and regional governance frameworks
• Execute projects in line with Octave Smart Services Methodology (SSM) and established delivery standards
• Define project objectives, drive decisions, and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholder groups
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities across multi-disciplinary and distributed teams
• Manage stakeholders and support change management activities to ensure successful adoption
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnership
• Ensure structured and effective communication across operational, tactical, and executive levels
• Drive planning, tracking, and control of project activities and deliverables
• Provide regular project reporting, including status, risks, and performance metrics
• Deliver financial tracking and analysis (actuals vs. budget vs. earned value)
• Maintain and manage risk and issue logs, with timely escalation where required
• Translate risks and issues into actionable plans and drive them to resolution
• Proactively manage and resolve escalations in a fast-paced environment
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process and system enhancements
• Capture and apply lessons learned to strengthen delivery maturity

Education / Qualifications

A degree in Engineering, Business, or IT provides a solid foundation for project management roles. Industry-recognized certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM, IPMA validate structured project management knowledge and practices.
