Description

• Lead concept design review with OEMs and ensure alignment with equipment requirements
• Validate design inputs for EMI shielding integration
• Dyno structural and mechanical requirements
• Ensure multidisciplinary coordination (Arch., Stru., MEP & EMI)
• Review and approve design calculations, IFC drawings & BOQ and specifications
• Lead approvals with MODON, Civil Defense, Municipalities
• Ensure compliance with SBC (FLS, Mechanical & Electrical), EMI/EMC standards
• Manage submission of authority documents
• Establish construction management plan
• Lead site coordination meetings
• Monitor progress vs baseline project schedule
• Monitor QA/QC compliance)
• Monitor Contractor performance
• Ensure zero disruption to the live facility operation
• Oversee the T&C activities
• Integrated system validation (HVAC, Electrical and Shielding)
• Review as-built drawings, O&M manuals
• Lead final handover and closeout documentation
• Monitor cost vs budget
• Review contractor invoices and variations
• Implement risk mitigation strategies

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related disciplines
• 10+ years in industrial / Lab projects
• Experience in automotive or testing facilities preferred
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced project environments.
