Overview

A global technology services environment is seeking a Project Manager to lead internal initiatives focused on network and digital infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a collaborative and quality-driven setting, supporting digital transformation across international operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver small to medium-sized projects from initiation through completion
• Maintain project plans, forecasts, and status reports, ensuring alignment with financial and schedule targets
• Oversee change management processes, ensuring adherence to scope, risk, timelines, and budget parameters
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, risk registers, and reporting materials
• Facilitate communication and meetings with both local and global stakeholders
• Track action items, update project tools, and provide regular progress updates

Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Understanding of internet and telecommunications networking technologies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Fluent Japanese; business-level English preferred
• Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, or APM are a plus
