Description
Role SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall project execution and performance
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and contractors
- Monitor schedule, cost, and risk performance
- Coordinate with stakeholders and authorities
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and governance standards
Reporting Line
- Reports to: Project Director / Client Representative
- Manages: Engineers, Inspectors, Surveyors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- Master's degree (preferred)
Experience
- 10-15 years total experience
- Minimum 5 years in Saudi Arabia
Certifications
- PMP (preferred)
- Saudi Council of Engineers (mandatory)
Skills
