We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, leading strong field teams, and delivering successful projects from estimate to closeout. This role is based in British Columbia's Lower Mainland and offers the opportunity to lead a diverse mix of construction and maintenance projects while working alongside experienced tradespeople, estimators, and operational leaders.

As the Project Manager, you'll be trusted to lead projects from the earliest planning stages through successful completion.  You'll become the primary point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders—bringing together estimating, operations, field leadership and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, efficiently and profitably.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys balancing technical expertise with client relationships and team leadership.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

You'll oversee every phase of project execution, including:

Developing project execution plans, schedules and budgets
Leading project kick-off meetings and setting teams up for success
Working closely with clients to build trusted relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Managing scope, schedules, risks and change management
Supporting estimating on proposals and ensuring seamless project handoffs
Monitoring project performance while removing obstacles for field leadership
Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction documentation to ensure successful execution
Leading project financials including forecasting, progress billings and project reporting
Driving continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and sharing best practices
Championing PTW's commitment to an Incident and Injury Free workplace

What We're Looking For
We're interested in experienced Project Managers who bring both technical credibility and strong leadership.

You'll likely have:

Proven experience managing industrial electrical construction and maintenance projects
An electrical trades background or strong technical understanding of industrial electrical systems
Experience managing project schedules, budgets and client relationships
The ability to interpret construction drawings, P&IDs and engineering documentation
Strong commercial awareness with estimating and cost control experience
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach to solving problems and managing changing priorities
Willingness to travel to project sites throughout the region
