• Plan project execution, revenue, billing and collection for the project on monthly basis.
• Monitor budget, performance, cash in-flow to avoid or arrest adverse variance during execution.
• Achieve target progress within budgeted cost for the quarter/year.
• Explore enhanced profitability by introduction of innovation, strategize
• Motivate and manage site personnel.
• Work with Contract and Claims department to raise additional justifiable claims.
• Contractual correspondence with client & consultants.
• Plan, estimate site infrastructure & ensure resource mobilization and monitor its effective usage.
• Ensure adherence to standards, Kalpataru code of conduct (KCoC), KPIL values, ABAC, SOPs
• established by the company.
