We work with local staff and partners and want to push freestyle sports with innovative ideas and concepts to the next level.

Your tasks include:

As Project Manager, you oversee a larger snowpark and lead a team of 3 to 12 people. You are responsible for the quality and safety of the facilities, acting as project leader and working together with HelvePark to develop the facilities further.

You independently organize and lead construction and reconstruction work, while also taking care of the daily maintenance of the facilities. You organize the crew and optimize their workflow, and serve as the communication link between the resort and HelvePark. You are responsible for the budgets and independently organize all the work that needs to be done around your snowpark.

Together with HelvePark, you design your own snowpark features and bring them to life. Reliable administrative work around the facilities is also part of your role.

Your skills:

• Fluent communication skills in English, and German or French.
• Several years of experience in snowpark construction and team leading.
• Overall fitness and weather durability.
• Passion and curiosity for freestyle sport that you want to show in your installations.
• Enthusiasm for technical tasks.
• Respectful and friendly interpersonal skills.
• The ability to think ahead, and to see the bigger picture of a project.
• A solution-oriented and flexible mindset.
