SAP Project Manager | Tokyo, Japan

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to join a large-scale global rollout project in Japan. This role will be responsible for supporting SAP implementation and deployment activities, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and international project members to ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP rollout and implementation activities across business functions
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Coordinate with local and global stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Support system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities
• Manage project documentation and provide end-user support when required
• Identify risks and issues and contribute to project delivery and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience working on SAP implementation or rollout projects
• Strong understanding of one or more SAP modules (e.g. FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, EWM, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above required)
• Professional communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities

Preferred

• Experience in global transformation or ERP deployment projects
• SAP certification
• Consulting or project management experience
