Your role and responsibilities

As a Complex Project Manager: Business Applications, you will lead large, multi-workstream initiatives that implement, modernize, and optimize critical business application portfolios. This role operates at the intersection of product, technology, and operations, ensuring alignment to deliver measurable business outcomes, and involves collaboration to ensure robust change adoption.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Project Leadership: Leading large, multi-workstream initiatives to implement, modernize, and optimize critical business application portfolios, such as ERP, CRM, HCM, Finance, Supply Chain, and line-of-business systems.

• Application Strategy: Ensuring application strategies, integrations, data, and processes align to deliver measurable business outcomes, on time, on budget, and with robust change adoption.

• Outcome Delivery: Delivering business outcomes through the implementation, modernization, and optimization of business application portfolios.

Required technical and professional expertise

15+ years of SAP project/programme management experience.

8+ years leading large-scale SAP transformation programmes exceeding 200+ users and multiple legal entities.

Led at least 2-3 SAP programmes involving: Company mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Carve-outs and Legal entity consolidations

Preference for candidates with experience in one or more of :Oil & Gas, Energy and Utilities, Logistics and Transportation

Experience harmonising: Finance processes, Procurement processes, HR processes, Maintenance processes and Sales processes

Proven delivery of SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, Selective Transformation, and RISE with SAP programmes.

Experience managing large programmes with geographically distributed teams across multiple countries and business entities.

Strong executive stakeholder management skills, including C-Level engagement, Steering Committee leadership, and Board-level reporting.

Expertise in establishing and running PMO, governance frameworks, project controls, and quality assurance processes.

• Project Delivery: Experience in delivering business outcomes through the implementation, modernization, and optimization of business application portfolios, operating at the intersection of product, technology, and operations.

• Change Adoption: Deep understanding of collaboration to ensure robust change adoption in business application implementations.

• Portfolio Optimization: Experience in optimizing critical business application portfolios to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Technical Application Knowledge: Deep understanding of ERP, CRM, HCM, Finance, Supply Chain systems

• Business Process Optimization: Experience in optimizing business processes to achieve measurable outcomes

• Data Integration Expertise: Ability to ensure data alignment across applications and systems

Mandatory Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• SAP Activate Project Manager Certification
