JASARA PMC is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Fit Out to lead and manage fit-out projects from conception through to completion. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience coordinating fit-out works, ensuring the delivery of high-quality interiors that meet client specifications and industry standards. The Senior Project Manager will oversee multiple fit-out projects, collaborating with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve excellent project outcomes within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of fit-out projects, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement.
• Lead the coordination between clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage risks and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track progress and address any challenges.
• Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure all fit-out activities comply with contractual requirements, health and safety guidelines, and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years' experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on fit-out projects.
• Proven experience managing complex fit-out projects in commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to fit-out works.
