Key responsibilities in your new role
- Be responsible for project management of IP component development with medium to high complexity
- Monitor and report on overall project status by summarizing key project metrics both across the team and to upper management
- Be responsible for ensuring that work is delivered on time, scope and budget
- Motivate and bring team together to ensure project execution with team members and other stakeholders like BU partners
- Focus on customer needs, aligning requirements such as functionality, quality, schedule and budget with stakeholders
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- More than 6 years of work experience and at least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in semiconductor industry
- Certification in IPMA-C or similar
- Strong technical understanding, ideally in digital design or memory design
- Strong willingness to reach ambitious goals and manage risks in a challenging environment
- Strong customer and business mindset
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Excellent English communication skills
