Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Be responsible for project management of IP component development with medium to high complexity
• Monitor and report on overall project status by summarizing key project metrics both across the team and to upper management
• Be responsible for ensuring that work is delivered on time, scope and budget
• Motivate and bring team together to ensure project execution with team members and other stakeholders like BU partners
• Focus on customer needs, aligning requirements such as functionality, quality, schedule and budget with stakeholders

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• More than 6 years of work experience and at least 5 years of project management experience, ideally in semiconductor industry
• Certification in IPMA-C or similar
• Strong technical understanding, ideally in digital design or memory design
• Strong willingness to reach ambitious goals and manage risks in a challenging environment
• Strong customer and business mindset
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Excellent English communication skills
