Job Summary

We are launching a new Project Management function reporting directly to the CTO and seek an experienced Senior Project Manager. This pivotal role will ensure that our cutting-edge AI technology is delivered on time, on scope, and with the quality required to succeed in the B2B SaaS market.

You will play a critical role in bridging technical development and strategic business priorities, working closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of complex initiatives. With your expertise in project planning, cross-functional coordination, and risk management, you will help us scale from innovation to impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan & Drive Project Execution: Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of key projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and priorities are aligned across engineering and business teams.
• Lead Cross-Functional Delivery: Guide projects through the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives.
• Bridge R&D and Business: Act as the central point of coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Leadership), customers, and strategic partners to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Champion Project Success: Implement project management best practices, track progress against goals, manage risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
• Enable Transparency & Alignment: Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders, ensuring visibility of project status, risks, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
• Essential: Fluent Japanese and English (written and spoken).
• Proven ability to manage complex, technical projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts.
• Demonstrated success working directly with engineering, R&D teams and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (technical or business preferred).
