Are you open to leading $150M–$300M infrastructure and coastal resiliency projects in NYC with direct ownership of USACE work?
I’ve been confidentially retained by a top NYC heavy civil contractor that has secured multiple U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects focused on drainage, stormwater, and coastal infrastructure.
They are hiring Senior Project Manager / Project Executive to lead full project lifecycles from preconstruction through closeout.
Here’s the scope:
Project type: Drainage, stormwater systems, coastal resiliency
Project size: $50M–$300M+
Team leadership: 5–12 engineers, PMs, and field staff
Pipeline: 3+ active USACE awards + additional bids pending
Backlog: 24–36 months of secured work
What they offer:
Compensation: Top of market (base + bonus structure)
Signing bonus: Available at offer stage
Relocation: Full package available for non-local candidates
What they need:
10–20+ years in heavy civil with a focus on infrastructure or drainage
Experience leading $75M+ projects end-to-end
Familiarity with federal/public clients (USACE preferred)
Track record managing budgets, schedules, and multi-discipline teams
This is a leadership role with direct impact on critical infrastructure and resiliency projects across NYC.
