• Interim fixed-term contract for 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• Available as either fixed-term employment or a contractor/interim engagement.

Algomarketing partners with leading global organisations including Google, Cisco, Zoom, Stripe, OpenAI, and other enterprise technology brands to deliver marketing, sales, and go-to-market support with AI enabled talent across EMEA, NORAM, APAC and beyond.

• Algomarketing is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support a Global Enterprise SaaS organisation with the launch of a new generation of AI-native products.
• You will lead the launch programme from end to end, working closely with the Head of AI and cross-functional leaders across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance.
• You will act as the central point of accountability for delivery, establishing clear ownership, reliable milestones and a consistent go-to-market plan.
• The engagement is designed to create structure, pace and commitment within a fast-moving product environment.

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the AI product launch across Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product and Finance.
• Align the product roadmap, beta phase and go-to-market activities into one integrated milestone and timeline plan.
• Manage the beta customer programme, including selection criteria, target-customer definition and delivery tracking.
• Build a scalable and repeatable go-to-market and product-release process.
• Identify and resolve gaps in ownership, decision-making and cross-functional processes.
• Prioritise product features according to readiness, customer value and business impact.
• Support packaging, positioning and enablement decisions for enterprise and mid-market customers.
• Establish structured trial, onboarding and readiness processes for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate sales enablement, training and differentiated sales motions.
• Produce status updates, decision papers and management-level reporting.
• Maintain transparent risk, dependency and issue-management processes.
• Work closely with functional leads to ensure decisions are made promptly and delivery remains on track.

• Several years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or Programme Manager.
• Proven experience delivering cross-functional product launches and go-to-market programmes.
• Experience working at the intersection of product management and project or programme management.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills, including experience working with C-level executives or management boards.
• Demonstrated ability to create clarity, structure and momentum in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
• Hands-on, decisive and delivery-focused working style.
• Experience using Salesforce and common project-management or go-to-market tools.
• Business-fluent German and English.
• Availability to begin the engagement immediately or at short notice.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience within a B2B SaaS organisation.
• Experience launching AI, data or other fast-evolving technology products.
• Experience managing beta customer programmes or enterprise product trials.
• Knowledge of enterprise onboarding, sales enablement and commercial-readiness processes.
• Familiarity with both enterprise and mid-market go-to-market motions.
• Based in Munich or elsewhere within the DACH region.
