Hier gestalte ich den Gruppeneinkauf bei 50Hertz und der Elia Group - strategisch, vorausschauend und mit direktem Beitrag zur Energiewende.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz treibt die Energiewende aktiv voran - ein leistungsfähiger, vorausschauender Einkauf ist dafür ein zentraler Erfolgsfaktor. In dieser Rolle entwickle ich Guidelines und Governance von Einkaufsprozessen und Entscheidungswegen. Ich leite Projekte mit hoher strategischer Relevanz. Ich entwickle den Einkauf entlang von Zukunftsthemen wie Risikomanagement, Nachhaltigkeit, Forecasting und Market Intelligence weiter und schaffe damit eine belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Zukunft. Dabei verbinde ich konzeptionelle Arbeit mit konkreter Umsetzung und arbeite eng mit dem Einkaufsmanagement zusammen.

Meine Aufgaben

• Aktive Gestaltung eines neuen, strategisch relevanten Themenfelds im Einkauf - von der konzeptionellen Ausrichtung an bis hin zur wirksamen Umsetzung im Tagesgeschäft,
• Entwicklung tragfähiger Arbeitsweisen, Schnittstellen und Verantwortlichkeiten crossfunktional auf Gruppenebene,
• Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern und damit Gewährleistung für klare Rollen und eine effiziente Zusammenarbeit,
• Gewährleisten standardisierter Arbeitsweisen, Prozesse und Entscheidungswege auf Gruppenebene,
• Unterstützung meines Teams in den Themen Market Intelligence, Risikomanagement und Nachhaltigkeitsentwicklungen,
• Unterstützung des Einkaufsmanagements bei strategischen Fragestellungen und bei kurzfristigen Anfragen wie bspw. Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und Key Notes mit hoher Relevanz.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
• Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrungen im strategischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Beratungsumfeld oder in einer vergleichbar dynamischen Rolle,
• Souveränes Auftreten, Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten,
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung und ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität,
• Freude daran, Themen aktiv voranzutreiben und Ownership zu übernehmen,
• Resilienz, Priorisierungsstärke und die Fähigkeit auch kurzfristige Themen lösungsorientiert zu übernehmen,
• Starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, um neue Themen zu strukturieren und zu kommunizieren,
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen nach Brüssel sowie zur Teilnahme an relevanten Konferenzen und Messen (1 bis 2 Mal im Quartal),
• Erfahrung in der Anwendung KI-gestützter Tools im beruflichen Kontext,
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil

• Erfahrung in der Energiewirtschaft oder ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an den Herausforderungen der Energiewende,
• Erfahrung mit Fragestellungen im Einkauf und/oder Supply Chain Management.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
