As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the fullcycle recruiting process, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to attract, engage, and hire top talent. In this role, you will help plan and execute recruiting strategies from workforce planning through onboarding, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive candidate experience.

Daytoday, you will assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and applicant tracking system (ATS) management. You will maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers while helping ensure recruiting processes are organized, compliant, and timely.

Experienced team members may assume increased responsibility for managing requisitions independently, leading sourcing strategies, analyzing recruiting metrics, participating in career fairs and networking events, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring effectiveness.
