Description
Lead Global Tech Projects That Drive Business Systems and InnovationAs a Technical Project Manager, you will translate business goals into technical initiatives and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of system projects including CRM, Order-to-Cash, and Finance platforms. You will coordinate teams, track progress, manage risks, and ensure successful project delivery across technical and business stakeholders.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring technology initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with business goals, and implemented successfully across global teams. The Qualifications We Seek
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project management or business systems management within a SaaS, technology, or healthcare environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM) and/or financial systems such as NetSuite, including supporting enhancements or integrations
- Understanding of system integrations and automation tools (e.g., Workato) and exposure to analytics platforms like Snowflake or Tableau
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language
- Detail-oriented problem solver with strong analytical skills and proactive mindset
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, release cycles, and change management principles
- Proficiency in project planning tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
Your Daily Tasks
- Translate business goals into actionable technical tasks and define success metrics for project delivery
- Manage planning, execution, and delivery of CRM, Order-to-Cash, and Finance system initiatives
- Track project progress, coordinate timelines, and ensure business readiness for system launches
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to align priorities and manage project dependencies
- Maintain clear communication across teams to ensure project alignment and transparency
- Support project reporting, steering committee updates, and system demonstrations
- Assist with testing, release planning, and post-launch evaluations during system rollouts
- Identify project risks early and contribute to mitigation planning strategies
- Support effective allocation of team resources to maintain project momentum
